What details help with a quotation?
Give the property location, surface or roof type if known, the issue and any access restrictions. Include previous repairs or coatings where relevant. You can describe several tasks without assuming they require the same method.
Can I send photographs?
Email useful ground-level images to info@mossbossuk.com. Show the wider area and access as well as the problem. This form does not upload files, and you should not take risks to obtain a closer photograph.
When will work or a response be arranged?
We confirm availability and the next step after reviewing the enquiry; submitting a form does not reserve a date. For an urgent matter, use the telephone route. We do not promise a fixed response time that has not been agreed.
Is asking for a quote a commitment to book?
